Dahi Aloo

No onion, no garlic, no chopping worth mentioning. Twenty minutes.

20 min Easy Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, boiled and broken by hand
  • 1 cup curd, whisked
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • 2 green chillies
  • Hing
  • 2 tbsp ghee

  3. Lower the heat right down, pour in the curd mixture, stirring constantly one direction until it comes to a boil.
  4. Add potatoes, salt, 1 cup water. Simmer 8 minutes.
  5. Coriander. Rice or poori.
